Refund policy

I do offer a refund on the products purchased if you change your mind, but I will not refund the postage paid for the purchase in the first place or returning the item back to me.

You will need to contact me within 5 working days of you receiving the item to initiate the return. Please email thefusingmonkey@hotmail.com.

The item needs to be sent back to me in the same condition as it was sent to you to be eligible to receive the refund. Please note there will be a reduction of 10% of the cost of the item as the refund amount. 

In the unlikely event where a product is damaged during transit we will look into this situation. All our products are well packaged to ensure they get to you safely and securely.
